·    All New Income Tracker (replaces Collection Center) - This is all new invoice management tool integrated in the new package. Now you can easily track the outstanding payments or overdue, unbilled estimates so that you can easily follow up with the debtors for payment.  

·       Small things made better!- It’s often our habit that we ignore minor things. But, when you sum up in the end, you would have saved some better chunk of money. The new interface has an icon for Bounced Check. It will deduct the check bounce amount of your debtor. An invoice is also generated from receivables to intimate the customer for the fee levied.  Few clicks will complete the task.

·       New Graphic Interface-In the new update, the navigation bar has a deep blue color replacing the gray of the previous versions.  Called as ‘Harmony Blue’, now it is easy for generating reports and for presentation- an all new user friendly interface.

·       VOIP Integration with Caller ID- is a new feature for QuickBook 2014. Integrated with the QuickBooks, you can seek about the financial transaction queries about a particular customer in line.

·        Integration with Google Products- Synchronization of the invoices or overdue bills with Google calendar and with Google Maps to sort by customer type

·    Improvised Bill Payment Stub- will indicate the bill details that are paid completely clearing off the outstanding payments.

·      Print Vertically- Now, you can print the financial reports vertically. This is an addition to print number of pages horizontally.

·  Search Lists- With the Add/Edit Multiple List, a search option (check-box for Search within results) is integrated that can save your time working on large report.

·    Advanced Sorting- Billable Time & Costs option in the Premier version can easily enable sorting by click on the column bar. Now you can easily interpret the financial data.

·      Time Management Features are added with Reminders, To-Dos as well as Maintenance alerts.

·         With giving due recognition to user requirements, now ‘View Balances’ tab can be customized with the left navigation bar
   Client Collaborator Feature- exclusively for the 2014 version of QuickBooks, allows the accountants to interact with the client instantly. Any sort of clarifications in the file to update or alter information can be done with this interesting feature.
